Operations Executive (Contractual role), Inbound Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and action shipment exceptions — manage rejections, approvals
• unblocking of inbound consignments Execute inventory replenishment order drops across fulfilment channels, ensuring on-time delivery and stock availability Manage inbound scheduling, appointment coordination
• workflow execution Compile and circulate daily/weekly operational performance reports Support ad-hoc operational tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse ops, transportation, planning, category) to resolve execution bottlenecks Basic Requirement: 1+ yrs of experience in supply chain, logistics
• warehouse operations Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including weekends Good communication skills and attention to detail Detail-Oriented Executor: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks accurately and consistently. Curious Problem Solver: Eagerness to dive into data, ask the right questions

• Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
