Communications Manager
  • Amazon is looking for a creative, culturally plugged-in comms professional to join the UK Communications team. This role is for someone who understands how people discover, share
  • engage with stories today, whether that's through social feeds, creator content, podcasts, newsletters, streaming platforms
  • online communities, as well as traditional earned media. You'll work across Amazon's retail function in the UK, including Prime, shopping innovations and events
  • purpose-led campaigns – developing creative, integrated campaigns that demonstrate the value customers get from shopping with Amazon. You'll be a key member of the UK Communications team, reporting to the Head of Consumer Communications.   • purpose-driven activity - Lead campaigns that span earned media, social media, influencer and creator partnerships
  • non-traditional channels including podcasts, newsletters
  • fandoms - Build and maintain relationships across the modern media landscape, from traditional media reporters to creators, podcasters
  • cultural commentators - Write compelling campaign plans
  • public-facing materials - Identify and act on emerging trends to generate coverage and conversation - Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute creative campaigns - Work closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life on time and to a high standard Key Skills: - Modern media expertise: From traditional media to social platforms, influencers, podcasts
