Overview The Offers team is looking for a Product Management Sr. Specialist to help drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The Offers Team is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, organized, intellectually curious, analytical, possesses some knowledge of technical concepts

  • Lead day-to-day maintenance and seamless CX journey while monitoring existing Offers presentment channels, performance, and site analytics for our global customers
  • Coordinate with internal global offers team and regions to align on offer presentment roadmaps and potential enhancements
  • Support managing tasks related to implementing cardholder journeys for new clients and market opportunities and quarterly program cycles
  • Work cross-functionally across offers organization: Product Enablement, Product Development, Commercialization
  • Engineering Teams and partner with broader support operational teams such as Product Operations, CIS
  • Business Operations as needed
  • Liaise with Regional Product teams on channel maintenance, enhancements, translations, and key performance indicators on health and success
  • Partner with third party vendors to manage presentment, capability & CX enhancements, AI translations, campaigns, audits, image sourcing, and creative assets for marketing campaigns
  • Support strategy for future of presentment and outlook on the competitive landscape
  • Lead budget activities tied to offer presentment management All about you:
