The Sr. Program Manager, Physical Security owns the Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) global strategy, architecture
execution of enterprise physical security programs across a distributed retail, distribution

Global Strategy & Organizational Leadership: - Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise physical security, aligning with business growth and risk priorities. - Establish global design standards for security systems, ensuring scalability, interoperability
security-by-design principles. - Serve as a senior advisor to the Director of Asset Protection, the Asset Protection team
global stakeholders on risk posture, emerging threats
technology innovation. - Lead cross-functional initiatives that converge physical security, cybersecurity, fraud prevention

Enterprise Security Architecture & Engineering: - Own the architecture of enterprise security systems, including: - Video surveillance (IP cameras, VMS/NVR, cloud-native platforms) - Access control systems (credentialing, identity integrations, badging infrastructure) - Intrusion detection, alarms
central monitoring systems - Define reference architectures for all Asset Protection technologies while integrating physical systems with enterprise IT infrastructure. - Ensure reliability, redundancy

access control deployments. 3. Converged Technology & Systems Integration: - Drive deep integration between physical security platforms and enterprise systems (HRIS, POS, IAM, incident management) through APIs and event-driven architectures. - Apply advanced networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, bandwidth optimization) to ensure secure connectivity. - Partner with Engineering and Information Security teams to standardize device onboarding, identity management

asset protection, with increasing scope and responsibility - 3+ years of experience designing and operating enterprise-scale security systems - Proven experience leading global programs and influencing senior stakeholders - Strong understanding of IP-based security systems and enterprise networking fundamentals - Demonstrated experience managing large budgets, vendors
