- About the role (What you'll be doing)
- We're looking for an Operations Casual to join the Medical Operations team and work across high-impact operations initiatives. This is a 12-week paid casual role, minimum 4 days per week, with an immediate start.
- This is a hands-on operations role. You'll own processes end-to-end, support practitioner and patient workflows
- work alongside the Patient Operations teams on projects that improve patient experience and strengthen retention.
- You'll be given meaningful responsibility from the start and trusted to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard.
- Your work may span a mix of:
- Owning and running operational processes
- Owning operational processes end-to-end, keeping them running reliably and improving them over time
- Preparing and coordinating practitioner interviews and related onboarding workflows
- Making outbound calls to patients to support retention and operational initiatives
- Analysing patient and operational data to identify friction points and areas for improvement
- Supporting the Operations team in testing and rolling out new initiatives to support teams
