  • You will drive organizational strategy development by assessing current-state structures, identifying gaps, and designing scalable org models that align with RME's long-term business objectives
  • You will lead cross-functional initiatives to define and implement workforce planning frameworks, partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to ensure headcount and capability strategies support network growth
  • You will develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, executive-level reporting, and decision-support tools that enable senior leaders to make data-driven organizational decisions
  • You will influence and align stakeholders across multiple business lines by facilitating working sessions, synthesizing complex inputs, and delivering clear recommendations on org design and talent strategy
  • You will support continuous improvement of organizational effectiveness by tracking key workforce metrics, identifying trends

  • 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives - 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
