Job Profile Summary The Senior Software Engineer – QA is responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets (Digital Asset Management) platforms.
This role drives end-to-end quality assurance, including test strategy, automation, and validation of digital asset workflows, enabling high-quality and scalable digital experiences across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for AEM Assets applications Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure system quality and stability Develop and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) for UI and API testing Validate AEM Assets features including asset ingestion, metadata, workflows, renditions, and search functionality Execute UI, API, and content validation testing across web and mobile platforms Perform cross-browser, responsiveness, and accessibility testing Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in Software QA / Automation testing Understanding on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM Strong expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with AEM Assets workflows, metadata models, and integrations (PIM, Search, etc.) Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6) Familiarity with cloud environments.
