Title and Summary Director, Product Management - Global Billing & Performance Mastercard's Global Cardholder Services (CHS) team is seeking a Director, Product Management (Global Billing & Performance) to lead the strategy, performance
- evolution of billing capabilities across the global Cardholder Services portfolio. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving Billing Strategy, Billing Platform Management, Revenue Enablement

- Develop and execute the global Cardholder Services billing strategy and roadmap, partnering with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GBSC teams.
- Lead the evolution and automation of billing capabilities to support new pricing models, contractual requirements, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Define business, functional, and data requirements for billing applications supporting global and regional business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate pricing and product initiatives into scalable billing solutions and timely revenue realization.
- Evaluate and operationalize billing solutions to support evolving business requirements and alternative pricing constructs.
- Establish and monitor billing, revenue, operational, and development performance metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure billing compliance, financial controls, audit readiness, and effective issue resolution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, finance, billing operations, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading complex billing, financial systems, product, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue management, financial controls, and performance reporting.
- Experience defining business requirements and partnering with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog prioritization and technology delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
