- The Amazon B2B Payments and Lending team provides payments solutions to Amazon's business customers. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization

- B2B payments experience to lead a team in multiple countries across Europe. The leader will own the P&L, partner relationship
- customer experience for existing card programs
- overseeing development of new products in Europe. The leader will be a member of the global B2B Cobrand Payments leadership team, with peers leading product portfolios in other regions and critical worldwide functions. This leader will manage a team that includes multiple functions in multiple countries
- must be able to influence across organisations. They will need to be a strong communicator who can determine & influence investment priorities, earn trust with key stakeholders and represent the business with senior leaders within and outside Amazon. Finally, they will need expertise across the product lifecycle (developing, launching, operating
- sun-setting products), in the financial services space.
- Bachelor's degree - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Several years financial services experience - Fluency with Generative AI tools & methodologies to accelerate delivery - Experience managing teams composed of multiple functions and countries - P&L fluency and ownership experience - Experience representing an organisation to senior external stakeholders
