Our Austin, TX office currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Pricing Analyst, U.S. Revenue Management within our Global Strategic Pricing & Commercial Effectiveness group. This role will support pricing strategy, deal execution, and commercial performance management for the Electrophysiology and Left Atrial Appendage businesses in the United States.
This role sits at the center of pricing strategy, field execution, customer engagement, and performance reporting. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to be close to the business and actively contribute to commercial decision-making.
The person in this role will be expected to move between strategic analysis and day-to-day execution, including pricing recommendations and strategy, deal desk support, customer visit preparation, field team partnership, and senior leadership reporting.
The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, flexible, responsive, and willing to jump where needed. This role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
It is best suited for someone who is energized by solving business problems, supporting field teams, and helping make pricing decisions clearer, faster, and more effective. What You’ll Do Pricing Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness Support US pricing strategy for Electrophysiology and Left Atrial Appendage products, including account-level pricing, program design, customer segmentation, and competitive response.
Translate business strategy into practical pricing guidance that field teams can use with customers. Analyze price, volume, product mix, customer mix, discounting, rebates, and contract performance to identify opportunities and risks. Develop and support pricing frameworks, deal guardrails, and approval recommendations that balance growth, profitability, market access, and compliance.
Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate pricing actions for strategic accounts, health systems, and regional opportunities. Deal Desk and Pricing Execution Serve as a key pricing partner for deal desk support, including customer pricing requests, contract renewals, program evaluations, and strategic proposals.
Review deals and provide recommendations that are clear, timely, and aligned with business strategy. Support customer-facing pricing discussions when needed, including preparation for customer visits, business reviews, and strategic negotiations.
Help field teams understand available pricing options, program structures, and approval requirements. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to make pricing execution faster, clearer, and more effective. Build trust with field partners by being responsive, objective, and solution oriented.
Balance field urgency with sound pricing discipline and appropriate governance. Performance Reporting and Business Insights Own recurring performance reporting for senior leadership and field teams, including deal desk execution performance, pricing trends, discounting behavior, program performance, and revenue management insights.
Prepare executive-level summaries, dashboards, and presentations that highlight what is working, what is changing, and where action is needed. Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks or opportunities early. Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Contracting, Legal, Compliance, and other business partners.
Help connect pricing strategy with commercial execution and financial outcomes. Communicate clearly across different levels of the organization, from field representatives to senior leaders. Influence without direct authority by using facts, sound judgment, and strong relationships.
Key Skills and Competencies Strategic pricing and revenue management: Ability to evaluate pricing actions, customer programs, discounting trends, and commercial trade-offs. Commercial judgment: Understands how pricing decisions affect customers, field teams, revenue, profitability, and long-term account strategy.
Deal support and execution: Comfortable supporting urgent pricing requests, reviewing deal economics, and helping teams move opportunities forward. Data analysis and insight generation: Strong ability to work with large data sets, identify patterns, and translate analysis into clear business recommendations.
Executive communication: Can prepare concise, accurate, and decision-ready materials for senior leadership. Field partnership: Builds credibility with sales teams by being responsive, practical, and solution-oriented. Customer-facing readiness: Able to support customer visit preparation, business reviews, and pricing discussions with professionalism and confidence.
Financial acumen: Understands revenue, margin, mix, discounting, contract performance, and business drivers. Attention to detail: Maintains accuracy in pricing recommendations, reporting, and deal support. Prioritization and flexibility: Can manage multiple competing priorities and adjust quickly as business needs change.
Ownership and accountability: Takes responsibility for deliverables, follows through, and proactively identifies what needs to be done. Collaboration and influence: Works effectively across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Contracting, Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams.
Process improvement mindset: Looks for ways to simplify, clarify, and improve pricing processes and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, sales operations, commercial analytics, contract strategy, or a related commercial role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make practical recommendations.
Advanced Excel/Tableau/PowerBI skills and comfort working with large data sets. Ability to create clear presentations and communicate insights to both senior leaders and field teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
High level of accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong business judgment and comfort making recommendations with imperfect information. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated commercial environment.
Experience supporting Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, Left Atrial Appendage, cardiovascular, or hospital-based product lines. Experience with deal desk, strategic pricing, contract analytics, rebate programs, or customer-level profitability analysis.
Familiarity with commercial contracting, pricing approvals, customer programs, and health system negotiations. Strong storytelling skills with data, especially for executive-level audiences.
