- We're looking for a UX Designer to join the Cross-Border Shopping UX team, delivering end-to-end design solutions across global e-commerce experiences that help customers discover and purchase products from around the world. We own the end-to-end customer experience across multiple product areas spanning cross-border shopping and standalone apps. We operate on 2-week sprints, move fast
- ship globally. Every designer on this team owns multiple workstreams and has outsized influence on product direction — you won't be pushing pixels in a corner. You'll be shaping how hundreds of millions of customers discover and buy products across borders.
- 5+ years of design experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design - Knowledge of usability principles and techniques - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders
