Join us and discover why Micron’s Global Procurement team is the preferred destination to unleash your talent. We are seeking a motivated Product Manager based in Hyderabad, India to lead the product vision for Procurement’s Digital Transformation.

This high-impact role requires strong stakeholder engagement, technical fluency, and a passion for innovation. You will drive alignment between business needs and IT delivery, participate in blueprinting workshops, and collaborate across functions to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities Own the implementation of technology solutions, driving transformative changes and delivering value to the Procurement organization. Collaborate with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize the requirements and develop tailored features for technology solutions to address these issues.

Define and communicate a clear vision for the Supply Management solution within the procurement ecosystem. Craft acceptance criteria for solution features, guaranteeing they meet the operational needs and user experience standards. Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to integrate advanced problem-solving capabilities into the solution.

Foster the adoption of AI-driven technologies to optimize supply management, from predictive disruptions handling to efficient prioritisation. Facilitate continuous product improvement, leveraging collaborator feedback and adapting to new market developments.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure product development is in sync with business goals and user requirements. Monitor key performance indicators, making strategic adjustments to enhance supply chain performance and resilience. Be the change agent and drive adoption with organizational change management methods and tools to embrace the change.

Provide product support and training to end-users and stakeholders. Effectively engage with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven track record as a Product Owner, preferably in procurement or supply chain management Strong stakeholder and program management skills, with a track record of driving technology adoption. Excellent communication, leadership, and engagement capabilities.

Experience leading change in large, cross-functional organizations. Proficient in written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence across global teams and cultures.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strategic vision, agile delivery, and strong stakeholder alignment. You’ll be expected to translate business needs into scalable solutions and lead cross-functional teams through blueprinting and implementation phases.
