You’ll build and deploy against one of the most unique data foundations—over 1.6 million connected assets generating real-world data daily. What You Will Do

  • This role will focus on strengthening the portfolio and financial operating model, including: Portfolio prioritization and tradeoff decisions Alignment of work to strategic and financial outcomes Funding visibility across mission teams and initiatives Cost-to-deliver and capacity transparency Portfolio-level reporting tied to value and outcomes Investment governance and decision frameworks Dependency risks that impact financial or strategic outcomes Execution signal quality (ensuring reporting reflects reality) Tooling and structure (ADO, Confluence) as enablers of portfolio visibility, not ends themselves What You Will Have: Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program
  • ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.
  • Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
  • Change Control: Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented
  • Ability to manage changes in the production environment and processes effectively Top Candidates Will Have: Portfolio Management & Governance: Knowledge of portfolio management principles and governance practices
  • ability to evaluate, prioritize, sequence, and manage investments across multiple initiatives to maximize business value, strategic alignment, and resource utilization.
  • Ability to establish portfolio visibility, facilitate tradeoff decisions, manage demand and intake processes, and ensure investments deliver intended outcomes.
  • Previous experience creating Financial and Capacity Transparency Ability to guide ADO and Confluence structures so they support financial portfolio visibility, reflect true delivery progress and risk

  • Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position. #LI Summary Pay Range: $172,630.00 - $258,950.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
