The person is responsible for strategy of this Org to scale the systems, build a strong team who will thrive in fast paced, collaborative and open environment. This team is considered strategic and has visibility across Amazon due to the expansion of our services. This role offers a chance to build and launch new AI services from ground up, learn the state of art in Machine Learning (ML) technology

- 10+ years of engineering experience - 5+ years of engineering team management experience - 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience - Experience partnering with product or program management teams - Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
