- Director, Supplies Pricing and Business Operations Description - As Director, Supplies Pricing and Business Operations, you'll lead the current product management for HP’s core print supplies (ink and toner) portfolio, helping drive strategies , profitability

Partnering with teams across the GBU and Commercial Organization , you'll use customer and market insights to shape strategy and ensure well-functioning business process and management . Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Management, Services Marketing
- Portfolio Management. Demonstrated success managing product category at WW or region level . Experience establishing and managing KPIs, dashboards
- operating rhythms. Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations
- Customer Success. Experience managing managers and/or a geographically distributed team. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in strategy execution. Knowledge & Skills
