Key job responsibilities Programme & Delivery Leadership: Provide executive oversight for power infrastructure planning, design
  • delivery across multiple concurrent grid interconnection projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders — Design Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Finance, Legal
  • Real Estate — to deliver grid connections on time and to standard. Balance hands-on technical engagement with portfolio-level prioritisation, risk management
  • delivery governance. Utility, Partner & Stakeholder Management: Lead senior-level utility engagement to secure power capacity, manage interconnections
  • mitigate delivery risk. Build and maintain relationships with technical consultants to support power origination and delivery. Drive policy reform advocacy to unlock capacity and remove barriers to power delivery across the region. Financial, Risk & Performance Oversight: Own regional accountability for energy budgets, schedules
  • performance KPIs across the project portfolio. Identify and manage technical, commercial
  • delivery risks — escalating where required and implementing mitigation strategies proactively. Support capital planning, investment cases
  • executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations. Leadership & Capability Development: Lead, mentor

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences - Travel up to 20% of the time - 10+ years of experience in the energy sector, including demonstrated progression into management or regional leadership roles - Proven experience in utility engagement, and power origination & securing or grid interconnection delivery across multiple jurisdictions - Technical knowledge in grids and HV/MV power infrastructure - Fluent in English
  • German and/or French, highly desirable
  • MBA - Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers
