  • The Central Learning Solutions - Technology team builds state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for enhancing leadership and associate development within the organization. We develop products and mechanisms for measuring the impact of learning programs, improving the training content and recommending the personalized learning courses based on the post-training performance curves for different learner profiles. Key job responsibilities As a Data Enablement team within Central Learning Solutions, our key responsibilities encompass creating a single source of truth for both structured and unstructured data. This includes building comprehensive data lakes and data warehouses that enable science and AI applications to consume reliable data. Our core focus areas include: - Data Infrastructure: Maintaining robust pipelines and frameworks that ensure validated, true-source data with end-to-end documentation and tracking - Self-Service Analytics: Producing proactive insights and vending actionable outcomes to customers - Data Quality: Implementing validation mechanisms at each infrastructure layer to ensure trustable business insights The Data Engineering team consists of four engineers working collaboratively to deliver highly reliable data infrastructure. We enable data access from multiple sources with real-time to near real-time ingestion, integrating learning data across systems to create a central repository for all LMS data, Kirkpatrick metrics
  • L4 quality metrics. This role involves working alongside three other engineers to build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers analytical consumption for Data Science teams, BI teams, SDE teams
