The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-starting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They must have proven successes in driving operational initiatives and demonstrate passion for the customer experience. Key job responsibilities - Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning - Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team. - Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times
  • optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes
  • inventory placement. - Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution. - Quarterly travel to vendor sites to support ongoing partnership
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques - 6+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement
  • vendor management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, engineering, business management or other relevant field - Experience managing multiple projects in parallel through prioritization, planning
  • task delegation - Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners - 6+ years of proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex supply chain projects, preferably in a large-scale retail or e-commerce environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies. Microsoft Excel and SQL preferred.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
