Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces. Job Summary The Mobile Load Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising daily mobile loading operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials, equipment, and cargo.
The supervisor oversees personnel, coordinates equipment utilization, enforces safety standards, and works closely with operations, maintenance, and logistics personnel to meet production objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily mobile loading and material handling operations. Plan and assign work to equipment operators and loading crews. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and shift turnover meetings. Monitor loading operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Coordinate equipment availability with maintenance personnel and report equipment deficiencies.
Ensure operators complete required pre-operational and post-operational inspections. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions. Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate operational reports, production records, inspection logs, and personnel documentation. Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, transportation personnel, and customers to ensure mission or production requirements are met.
Ensure proper cargo loading, weight distribution, and load securement procedures are followed. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Perform other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in mobile loading, heavy equipment operations, transportation, logistics, or material handling. Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Working knowledge of heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, forklifts, excavators, container handlers, cranes, or haul trucks.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe operating procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, operational procedures, and work instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
