  • Build an AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email and/or live chat
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
  • Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest.
  • Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases.
  • Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates.
  • Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and globalize any break-through solutions through structured scaling programs.

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 1+ years of designing, building
  • launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
