Position Overview The Finance Manager of Global Finance Digital Transformation Office will provide financial leadership support to material enterprise-wide transformational projects (Project SigniFi & Transact) and other Global Finance technology investments.
The position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ with the main responsibilities being to provide financial leadership to the overall SigniFi Program, the Transact Program, and other material finance technology investments. Other responsibilities will be to work with the business to collect and consolidate finance wide technology investments to be reported to senior leadership of finance and the overall enterprise.
Activities will include overall business case valuations, monthly and quarterly reporting, various forecast reporting, and annual budgeting while working with high level internal and external leaders. This Finance Manager will have heavy interaction with senior leaders on a regular basis by preparing materials that track the progress of the program against the overall business case.
Lastly, the Finance Manager will continue the evolution of standardization and simplification in tandem with Signifi Initiative to continue to standardize reporting by using the tools provided by the program. This includes application of the enterprise planning calendar, enterprise technology platforms and cross-sector partnership and standardization across Regional Finance teams
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of financial management of the SigniFi, TransAct
- Central FS&T Technology budget including Business Plan, Financial Updates, Long Range Financial Plan, actual vs. budget, Business Case Updates
- ad-hoc analyses Lead quarterly financial reviews with Leadership and proactively identify risks and opportunities to the Business Plan Support Capital Appropriation Requests for Finance Technology and reviews with senior leadership Lead, motivate and develop team of 2 Finance Professionals.
- Build strong culture of collaboration and teamwork across FDTO and FS&T organization Participate in functional or career development training Supports ad hoc requests / projects and reporting for Global Finance Supports continuous improvement activities Ensure policies and procedures are followed Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred A minimum of 5 years of related finance and/or accounting experience required Prior people management experience preferred Ability to influence decisions for high level Financial Leaders required Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes and procedures required Influencing skills, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are required Experienced professional with strong communication skills and ability to interact within a matrix working environment required Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required Continuous improvement mindset with ability to adhere to tight deadlines while autonomously collaborating with Finance and non-Finance business partners required This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ This position may require up to 5% travel Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
