- The Maintenance Technician is the primary executor of planned and reactive maintenance activities at Redwood Materials. Technicians are responsible for keeping equipment, machinery
- facility systems in safe, reliable operating condition. They work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and in close coordination with Production Operations, Reliability Engineering
- Technicians are expected to work safely, complete tasks accurately and on time, maintain precise CMMS records, and escalate issues that exceed their scope of competency to the appropriate resource.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support manufacturing and operational processes to meet production, quality, and business objectives
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and systems in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
- Analyze operational and production data (e.g., yield, throughput, downtime, cost) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational, technical, and financial documentation, including reports, logs, and process records
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) to support day-to-day operations
- Support planning and execution activities related to production schedules, materials, and cost or resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and safety requirements
- The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
