  • Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) construction cost control, with specific knowledge of electrical, mechanical or ASC cost elements
  • (2) experience in construction management of large projects involving data centers or other mission critical construction environments
  • (3) reviewing and justifying budgets and using estimating software including CostX, Cubit, Onscreen takeoff, Timberline, and Bluebeam
  • (4) performing complex data analysis to identify and quantify engineering opportunities and communicating strategies to management including construction and non-construction professionals
