Job Description Business Analytics Consultants (BACs) use a mix of business consulting, technical, and solution implementation skills to help Allstate maximize (and accelerate) the business value of data & analytics. BACs work alongside data, analytics, business, and technology stakeholders as integrators and translators to effectively, efficiently, and consistently implement work across the company.
The Go to Market Analytics Lead Consultant position is a lead consultant responsible for coordinating, leading, and managing the development of analytical solutions to help make and lead business decisions. The GTM Analytics Lead is responsible for leading the efforts of a team that provides high complexity analytical and data driven solutions to key business stakeholders.
This role is accountable for initiating/maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders and identifying opportunities for increased collaboration between business partners to solve business problems and demonstrate value. Key Responsibilities With a deep knowledge of data visualization, develops solutions using tools such as Power BI and leverages Python, SQL, R, and Excel along with strong PowerPoint skills in order to effectively communicate and lead the translation of data and analytics insights in business terms to key stakeholders.
Leads clear project/product communications throughout the project/product process to all stakeholders involved regarding scope, timeline, issues, and any revisions to them. Identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions can improve business outcomes and decision-making.
Drives activities to develop strategies and identify high priority initiatives to deliver and execute on the operating plan. Works with business partners to contribute to strategic vision and identify business problems to turn them into valuable and actionable projects.
Lead lower funnel marketing analytics for an assigned geography, serving as the primary connection point between marketing, State Management, and GM teams Develop deep expertise in assigned states, including business performance, market dynamics, product and pricing changes, and strategic priorities Evaluate how state-level business and market changes impact lower funnel marketing opportunity, channel performance, and growth potential Drive data-informed recommendations that position lower funnel marketing as a profitable lever for growth while operating within established economic parameters Educate cross-functional partners on lower funnel marketing principles, market opportunity frameworks, and the conditions under which marketing intervention is appropriate Partner with media teams across paid search and aggregator tactics to assess competitive position, identify pressure points, and uncover optimization opportunities for assigned states Embed within regional operations to ensure marketing insights and capabilities are represented in state and GM strategy discussions Support Direct channel analytics to provide a comprehensive view of performance Contribute to a future leader pipeline within the team and department.
