  • Manufacturing Technology Analysts (Experienced and Senior) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering team is hiring Manufacturing Technology Analysts (Level 3 and Level 4) to support the technical statement of work in San Antonio, TX. Position Responsibilities:
  • Understands and implements production and tooling methodologies.
  • Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
  • Reviews and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
  • Builds and implements manufacturing plans.
  • Reviews producibility and variation analyses to assist with manufacturing process capability match requirements.
  • Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
  • Reviews design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
  • Reviews and assists with technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
  • Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to difficult problems.
  • Implements lean principles and technologies.
  • Reviews electrical design requirements and assists with new releases and revisions to existing designs.
  • Reviews and works non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
  • Validates Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 6 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills), IVT, MESci. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 4) Bachelor’s Degree Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills), IVT, MESci. Experience leading teams Relocation: This position does not offer relocation benefits. Shift: This position will be primarily required to support 1st Shift, however it may require alternate shifts at management discretion.
