- Join Amazon's US Grocery Delivery team as a Manager of Program Management

- quality across the delivery network. - Drive cross-functional initiatives with Amazon Flex, Retail, Capacity Planning, Operations, Operations Integration
- Technology partners, aligning stakeholders from scoping through execution. - Create and own reporting mechanisms that surface key performance trends, risks
- opportunities to senior leadership. - Identify and implement scalablQe process improvements that reduce defects and improve the end-to-end customer delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of team management experience - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
