Located in Stuttgart, Germany, this position is required to travel OCONUS. This hybrid role is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering enterprise solutions that drive automation, efficiency, and improved user experiences. It bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value across the organization.
While primarily a developer role, this position requires product ownership and backlog management responsibilities during peak workload times. Responsibilities
- USAFRICOM’s J6 Collaboration team seeks to develop enterprise solutions using agile methodology using the entire suite of the Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities of this role are: Power Platform Development
- Create enterprise & niche applications using the complete suite of the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Demonstrate proper data modelling best practices. Ability to execute data model using the Dataverse relational database.
- Develop Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse and integrate Canvas apps or Custom Pages with Dataverse.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires team collaboration and coordination of effort.
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data gathered from Power Apps and other systems of record and highlight key insights to stakeholders.
- Build agents using Copilot Studio or other modern Agentic AI tools Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate the vision for Power Platform modernization.
- Align platform initiatives with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and digital transformation strategies.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for both platforms, ensuring scalability and long-term value. Backlog & Roadmap Management
- Own and refine product backlogs & multi-year roadmaps
- Work with the dev teams to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize features based on business value. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with technical feasibility. Agile Delivery Oversight
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Validate delivered features against requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams. Continuous Improvement
- Monitor platform adoption, usage metrics, and user feedback.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and new feature development
Qualifications
- Required:
- Currently hold a current adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (No Waiver).
- BA/BS & 5+ years recent specialized experience
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Dataverse) & SharePoint.
- Prior experience in a software development team
- Demonstrated understanding of software development using Agile methodology
- Ability to document system processes and architecture
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II (Security+ CE or equivalent) + PL-200 / PL-400 / PL-600
- TESA Eligibility Desired:
- Experience creating and maintaining enterprise-level Power Apps
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI features.
- Hands-on experience deploying Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder, or custom AI connectors in DoD IL4/IL5 environments
- Certifications within the Agile and Scrum frameworks (SAFe, ICAgile, PMI-ACP, etc.) or a PMP. Understanding of Department of Defense Military Standards
- Extensive knowledge with DoD J6 systems & common suite of tools within.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
