Position Summary You will be the ICT Data Deployment Subject Matter Expert supporting ERP deployment activities in India. You will lead data configuration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support for intercompany tracking and pricing data.
You will work closely with finance, supply chain, IT and external partners across regions. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead end-to-end deployment of ICT data components for ERP changes, upgrades and go-lives. - Plan and execute testing cycles, including integration, regression, user acceptance, and data load validation. - Own cutover plans and rollback steps, and coordinate cutover execution with global teams. - Maintain and update critical pricing, costing and customs value data to ensure accurate reporting. - Provide hyper-care and first-line support after go-live and drive continuous improvement actions. - Communicate status, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders and support knowledge transfer to local teams.
Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, IT, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 10 years’ experience in ERP data deployment, data migration or ERP implementation projects. - Hands-on experience with large data sets and validating data migrations and interfaces. - Experience with testing and cutover activities, including developing test cases and coordinating UAT. - Strong stakeholder management and clear written and spoken English communication skills. - Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or similar major ERP platforms and relevant modules. - Familiarity with intercompany pricing, standard costing, or transfer pricing processes. - Knowledge of data governance, data quality best practices and controls compliance. - Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments, such as pharma or life sciences. - Project management experience or certification and experience managing medium-sized releases. - Experience coaching local users and building operational capability.
Working arrangement This role is based in India and follows a hybrid working model. You will typically be expected to work on-site 2–3 days per week and remotely for the remainder.
