  • develop and own action items to remediate identified risk issues. - Develop deep knowledge of the pay and time and attendance solution(s) utilized by Amazon, consult on the development of business requirements for new system implementations and enhancements. - Draft written narratives to communicate obligations, risk analyses
  • recommendations to HR policy, process
  • system owners and senior stakeholders. - Conduct on-site and risk control assessments, draft reports detailing methodology, results
  • remediation plans. - Consult on supporting documentation such as manager and employee communications, FAQs
  • standard operating processes. - Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues. - Manage other HR risk and compliance related projects as needs arise. - Able to travel 10%, as necessary
  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
