Regulatory Reporting Sr Ld Anlst - SVP
The Regulatory Reporting role is a senior level position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will be part of the team driving the creation of the Firmwide External Reporting Controller (FERC) role, including creating and communicating the FERC framework, managing requirements, and defining roles and responsibilities, both interim and target state.
The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with senior management and will interact closely with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout Citi, including SEC Reporting, Enterprise Financial Controllers, Segment Controllers, Accounting Policy, Risk, Treasury, Enterprise Data Office, and the FERCs.
The individual will own the end-to-end FERC framework design and program governance. They will be the primary liaison to senior stakeholders, including FERCs, Report Owners, and Regulatory Reporting heads
Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous development of the FERC framework, including reporting practices, requirements, data controls, and issue resolution processes Serve as primary point of contact for FERCs and Report Owners Drive strategic and interim planning sessions with senior Controllers leadership (Financial Reporting, SEC Reporting, Global Regulatory Reporting) Own and maintain the master program plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams Lead development and socialization of interim and target-state RACIs for FERC and key stakeholder responsibilities Oversee and integrate work products from team members
- ensure quality and consistency across deliverables Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness and buy-in from stakeholders at all levels Escalate blockers and decisions to Program Lead
- prepare executive-ready status updates and briefing materials Manage process improvement efforts to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of related processes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across to provide updates on developments, risks, and progress.
- Appropriately assess risk when decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry, including regulatory reporting.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year programs on time.
- Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.
- Able to manage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.
- Strategic mindset, ability to plan for future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
