- we are looking for a Data Center Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. This position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as participating in an on-call rotation. - 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience
- experience related IT - 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking (including troubleshooting and repair) experience - Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights
- Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting - Knowledge of Linux/Unix Administration - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering)
