If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You! The Difference You Make: The GTB Product Specialist - Cash Management Sales Associate supports the origination & development of Cash products (payments, receivables and liquidity management).

Will be responsible for supporting the Cash Management Sales Officers. The incumbent has knowledge and understanding of the cash management product suite, enabling them to identify ways in which we can better serve our clients, ultimately enhancing Santander’s Cash Management platform in the US.

Creates and ensures accuracy for various Reports and the design and execution of new reports to meet changing or ad-hoc requirements. Negotiates and closes transactions with clients. Identifies any issues and implements necessary actions to resolve issues when necessary.

Executes and follows policies and procedures established by the bank. Uses own discretion to resolve errors and disputes. Ensures all deals are correctly booked and independently identifying appropriate remedies where necessary. Collaborates for product development together with SME bringing to the discussion clients needs and market trends.

Evaluates new and existing product opportunities and brings forward proposals for products to optimize and expand the banks offering. Supports Cash Management Sales Officer and Product Managers with client proposals, ad-hoc presentations, marketing material, events and pipeline What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required Qualifications: 5+ years of product development, business development or related experience. - Required. 5+ years of financial services Industry experience. - Preferred.

Excellent knowledge of loan and deposit products both standard and more complex structures. Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize a heavy workload. . Strong analytical skills/financial acumen. Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle.

Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management. Demonstrates the ability to translate client needs into marketable product features. Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong project management skills. Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product.

What Else You Need To Know: The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.

For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
