Title: ACCOUNTANT Job Title Accountant ( Please note that this position will be for offered for a One year KBR contract with a maximum extension (renewal) of up to Two years . Summary Section Please note that this position will be for offered for a One year KBR contract with a maximum extension (renewal) of up to Two years . We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.

The role is responsible for recording, monitoring, and reconciling intercompany transactions across multiple entities, including markup calculations, billing, and settlement processes. The candidate will work closely with global teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely month-end closures, and perform variance analysis of intercompany balances.

Additionally, the role will support transfer pricing compliance through preparation of schedules and reports, cost base and markup analysis, and coordination for statutory, tax, internal, and transfer pricing audits. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles are essential

Record, monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions including markup entries across multiple entities and ensuring timely billing and settlement of intercompany balances Resolve discrepancies in intercompany accounts and coordinating with global teams to ensure alignment and timely closures Analyze cost base and markup calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance Preparation of transfer pricing schedules and reports and ensuring adherence to transfer pricing regulations Supporting transfer pricing, statutory, internal and tax audit Variance analysis related to intercompany transactions Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce/MBA 3-5 years’ experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliations Exposure to transfer pricing concepts and transfer pricing audit handling Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word Effective communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience, & Skills: Preference for experience in CostPoint, MS Dynamics and Power BI tool Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability Belong.
