Network Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• NOC service delivery Own and drive the incident management lifecycle, including major incident response Ensure reliable, high-performing network services and improved incident outcomes Lead root cause analysis efforts and reduce repeat issues Ensure effective 24x7 operational coverage through established NOC processes Technical Leadership Act as an escalation point for complex network issues Provide guidance across enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, security

• security teams Manage vendor escalations and support service delivery alignment Communicate operational performance and insights effectively to leadership Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Graduate degree preferred. 8+ years of network engineering and/or operations experience 3+ years of people leadership experience Strong technical foundation in enterprise networking (routing, switching, WAN, L2/L3) Prior hands-on experience as a network engineer Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading network engineering or operations teams in enterprise environments Exposure to cloud networking (AWS or hybrid environments) Experience working across both engineering and operational domains Familiarity with monitoring/observability platforms and automation tools Special Factors Sponsorship Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
