This is a senior-level role that is functionally responsible for determining Product Strategy for the Charles River Investment Management Solution, in addition to product ownership and responsibilities for business development/partnerships, client enablement/solutioning, Charles River for Private Markets, and Charles River Wealth product organizations.
In terms of product strategy, the role includes working directly with our Client Advisory Board members, key clients, and development market intelligence to shape the future direction of our Platform. Ultimately this person must ensure our products are compelling, differentiated and demonstrate value to our customers and the market.
This role will set long-term product vision aligned with company growth, revenue, and market positioning; translate business strategy into a prioritized, multi-year product roadmap; and drive product portfolio-level decisions (build vs. buy vs. partner).
This Product Strategy role is intended to serve as a key subject master expert and thought leader in this space for CRD. Lastly, the SVP is expected to drive AI adoption across the R&D organization, leading up our key AI initiatives across the firm.
Product Strategy, Marketing and Development Defining Product Vision Supporting Strategic Sales Working with Strategic Clients to align to technology needs Providing market analysis & serving as an “Industry Voice” for CRD and State Street New Business Development & Partnerships Product Management for Wealth, CRPM and AI solutions Serve as the Product leader and executive accountable for overall management of AI/automation-based solutions, CRPM and Wealth product lines.
Responsible for overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business’s product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers’ needs. Product Enablement Establishing and leading a new product function of SMEs designed to partner directly with clients in solutioning against the product roadmap.
The objective is to increase client satisfaction, reduce issues, and better inform future development efforts. Continuing to manage and support the Client Enablement with internal and external solutioning, and influence how new partners are integrated into the CRIMS ecosystem Oversee and manager 3rd party relationships Managed our 3rd party partnership ecosystem, both from a relationship and product integration perspective.
AI Enablement Serve as the executive owner for innovation and AI strategy across Charles River Development and the Alpha Platform. This role will oversee a team that is responsible for transforming AI from experimentation and productivity tooling into enterprise-grade, client-facing platform capabilities that drive differentiation, growth, and long-term competitiveness.
Salary Range: $225,000 - $337,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
