We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Coordinator to support the Animated Series team in the US. The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task
  • react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. Key job responsibilities
  • Works directly with and assists Animation Executives.
  • Assist in managing the project submission and pitch process and upkeep of submission logs.
  • Development and Current Series tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments, and episodes.
  • Coordination and interface with internal departments (marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams) and external partners.
  • Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems.
  • Maintain database of series assets and assist with building presentations.
  • Conduct research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players, overall deals, trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Shadowing and support of creative projects.
  • 2+ years of studio or production company assistant
  • 1+ years of creative executive experience - Experience assessing industry talent and trends - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience handling confidential information - Experience as an assistant in an unscripted department at an agency, studio or unscripted production company

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
