Citi is looking for a Partnerships and Account Development, Senior Vice President to lead the strategic growth and day-to-day management of key partnerships within the Citi Travel ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will shape and execute partnership strategies that expand Citi Travel's competitive position, unlock new revenue streams, and deliver differentiated experiences for customers.

Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution, you will build and manage senior-level relationships with travel partners while driving cross-functional collaboration to bring partnership initiatives to life. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of Citi Travel's strategic partnerships, ensuring strong operational execution, performance tracking, and alignment with commercial objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities across the travel ecosystem to expand Citi Travel's offering and generate incremental growth. Develop and execute partnership strategies that strengthen Citi Travel's market position and deliver measurable value to customers and the business.

Oversee contract negotiations with travel partners, driving value optimization and ensuring alignment with Citi's commercial and customer goals. Build and sustain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic partner organizations, serving as the primary point of accountability for those relationships.

Lead account development activities, setting clear performance expectations for partners and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand each relationship over time. Establish governance frameworks that ensure transparency, risk management, and compliance across all partnership activities.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to surface emerging trends and inform partnership strategy and expansion decisions. Required Qualifications & Skills 10 or more years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic relationships.

Deep expertise in managing large-scale strategic partnerships, including contract negotiation, performance management, and joint business planning. Background in partnerships, loyalty programs, or consumer digital platforms, with a solid grasp of partner ecosystems and industry dynamics.

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities and translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and managing high-visibility partner relationships.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders across product, technology, legal, and operations to deliver partnership outcomes. Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making, optimize partnership outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
