Growth Marketing Manager

Finance plays a critical role in delivering GSK’s Ahead Together strategy, supporting performance today while building the capabilities needed for the future. As Finance continues to evolve beyond traditional disciplines, strengthening growth mindset, innovation and future skills is essential.

This role sits within the Finance Capabilities and Talent team , reporting to the Director, Finance Learning and Capability , and focuses on embedding a culture of growth, learning and innovation across Finance. The Specialist, Finance Capability (Growth & Innovation) will design and deliver practical, engaging experiences that help colleagues learn, connect and thrive, accelerating performance and supporting Finance’s transition to a skills-based organization.

Key Responsibilities Embed a culture of growth Define what a culture of growth means for Finance and translate it into clear, practical actions for teams and leaders. Design and deliver development experiences Lead Finance Development Days, workshops and learning events that bring growth mindset and innovation to life and support business priorities.

Accelerate our Ahead Together culture Embed curiosity, continuous learning and innovation as enablers of individual and team performance, turning learning into action. Enable access to learning and skills Drive engagement with the L&D Hub, Career Hub and related tools, curating learning pathways aligned to priority and future skills.

Partner with Finance leadership Work with the Finance Leadership Team to role model learning, sponsor capability initiatives and champion a culture of growth. Support a skills-based organization Build from the L&D Hub to embed skills visibility, development and application across Finance roles and teams.

Manage communities and networks Set the programme and manage the L&D Pioneers and Culture of Growth Champions networks, fostering active, connected communities. Collaborate and align Work closely with HR and Corporate L&D to align priorities, share insights and build consistency across GSK.

Celebrate and share growth Capture and share stories of learning and progress to build momentum, pride and engagement across Finance.
