As part of the Customer Fulfillment Finance team, you will join a group that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic financial perspective — we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up-to-date and reliable information, and work with them to make the best possible decisions. Our team operates through Department Insights — a three-tiered analytical framework designed to provide comprehensive financial support across all operational areas within the network. The structure comprises three distinct role types, each serving a specific purpose in the financial partnership model:
  • Tier 1 – Operational Reporting & Analysis: Ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reporting. Ensuring data accuracy, identifying variances, and providing timely commentary to stakeholders.
  • Tier 2 – Deep-Dive & Root Cause Analysis: Leveraging extensive FC data to uncover underlying process- or finance-related issues. Formulating analysis, quantifying drivers, and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Tier 3 – Strategic Partnership & Planning: Supporting financial planning, forecasting
  • building trusted relationships with business partners to influence tactical and strategic decisions. You're the type of professional who uses data to build reports and financial models that address difficult business questions. You dive deep to ensure reporting accuracy, identify root causes behind performance variances
  • proactively share findings and recommendations with leaders to influence tactical decision-making. Key job responsibilities
  • Dive deep into FC operational and financial data to identify root causes impacting business performance; escalate discrepancies and partner on resolution
  • Proactively support decision-making by formulating and executing financial analysis that drives business improvements and cost reductions
  • Lead projects with limited oversight to scale processes, improve controllership, or create value-add enhancements — prioritizing work, resolving issues, and meeting deadlines
  • Develop working relationships with business partners and peers to influence tactical decision-making with narratives, data, and analyses
  • Own and optimize weekly and monthly financial metrics, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Identify and implement solutions that automate processes, reduce defects, and improve overall process performance
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely — both verbally and in writing — even as topic complexity increases
  • Build and maintain team tools, SOPs
  • process documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing across the network A day in the life You dive deep into cost drivers and productivity metrics, formulating root cause analyses when performance deviates from plan. You sit side-by-side with your Operations partners during productivity reviews — not just presenting numbers, but translating data into clear, actionable insights. You challenge assumptions where the data tells a different story and work together to align on the right path forward. Periodically, you travel across Continental Europe to visit similar Fulfillment Centers, grounding your analysis in real operational context. By connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes, you build recommendations that support Senior Leadership decision-making.
  • Master's degree - Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
  • experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)
  • experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups) - Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business
