ABOUT THE ROLE Audible's People & Places team is seeking a Senior Employee Relations (ER) & Performance Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal

  • impartial ER investigations into complex workplace matters - Define and evolve the company's global ER framework, policies
  • standard operating procedures — establishing best-in-class approaches in areas where precedent may not yet exist - Plan and execute investigation strategies, including witness interviews, document reviews, evidence collection, credibility assessments

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures - 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law, Workplace Investigations
  • related functions - Experience conducting complex workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct
  • policy violations - Experience analyzing workforce and performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders - Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, well-structured investigation reports and executive-level recommendations - Experience working within a global, multi-jurisdictional company
  • Advanced degree, law degree
