As a Trade Finance Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development and delivery across the suite of key trade finance products, including Core Trade and Open Account Trade Solutions. This is a high-impact role at the centre of a globally connected organisation, where you will influence product direction, drive digitisation and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

You will step into a role shaping direction, not just delivery, shaping Trade Finance product strategy across EMEA while contributing to global priorities. You will operate at true international scale, supporting a globally connected client base across one of the bank’s largest Payments and Trade Finance franchises.

You will deliver end‑to‑end, client‑centric solutions while driving the shift towards more digital, scalable trade capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Sales, translating market needs into scalable solutions and ensuring our offering remains competitive, client-focused and aligned to global priorities.

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Trade Finance products across EMEA, from strategy through to execution Define and deliver a clear product roadmap aligned to global priorities and regional client needs Translate market, client and regulatory requirements into commercially viable product solutions Drive performance through active management of product metrics, client adoption and usage trends Enable commercial success, supporting Sales teams and contributing to client growth strategies Represent EMEA within global product forums, influencing direction and ensuring regional priorities are reflected Maintain strong alignment with risk and regulatory standards What we are looking for Proven experience in Trade Finance product management both in Core Tarde and Open Account product suites, with full ownership of delivery Strong track record of defining strategy and executing within complex, matrixed organisations Experience working across markets, with an understanding of regulatory landscapes Confident stakeholder leader, able to influence across global teams Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering client value and driving adoption Strong communicator, equally comfortable engaging technical and business audiences Benefits of working at Bank of America UK At Bank of America, we strive to prioritise employees’ health and wellbeing – it’s what makes us a Great Place to Work.
