  • Amazon’s Legal Department is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel construction attorney to support Amazon Web Services (AWS) with our rapidly growing data center construction needs. AWS is at the forefront of the cloud computing industry, providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database services, AI services and more. This attorney will support the AWS Infrastructure teams responsible for the design and construction of AWS data centers and related infrastructure across AMER by drafting and negotiating construction and consultant contracts

  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - 10+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Experience in Construction Law - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience with engineering, construction
