Position Summary Omnicare is a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities nationwide, supporting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other institutional care settings.
As we transition to an independent, standalone organization, we are building and strengthening internal capabilities to support our approximately 6,000 colleagues and multi-state operations. The HRIS /Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of HR systems and employee data.
This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR and payroll-related information while supporting system enhancements, reporting, and workforce analytics. The Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to maintain system functionality, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable insights to support business decision-making.
This role is also cross-trained in payroll processes to ensure continuity and operational support. Key Responsibilities HRIS Administration & System Management Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and system availability.
Configure system changes, including workflows, fields, and business rules, in alignment with organizational requirements. Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot system issues, coordinating resolution with IT and third-party providers as needed.
Data Integrity, Governance & Security Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data across HRIS, payroll, and related systems. Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions. Establish and maintain data governance standards, documentation, and data management protocols.
Support compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to employee data. Reporting & Workforce Analytics Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports to support operational and strategic needs. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into key HR and workforce metrics.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making. Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations. Payroll Support Serve as a cross-trained resource for payroll processes, supporting payroll execution as needed.
Partner with payroll teams to ensure alignment between HRIS data and payroll processing requirements. Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies that impact payroll accuracy. Core Competencies Data Accuracy & Integrity: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and audit discipline.
Systems Thinking: Ability to understand system integrations and downstream impacts. Analytical Capability: Translates data into meaningful insights for decision-making. Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to streamline and enhance HR systems and workflows.
Compliance & Risk Awareness: Maintains strong governance over sensitive employee data. Collaboration: Works effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, payroll, or related HR operations role.
Experience administering HR systems (Dayforce). Strong understanding of HR data management, reporting, and system configuration. Exposure to payroll processes and integrations preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
