Citi’s Banking franchise is organised around three lines of business: Capital Markets and Advisory, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking. The unified Banking and International organisation oversees the local delivery of the full firm to clients in each of the 95 markets where Citi has an on-the-ground presence.
Citi's Capital Markets and Advisory team provides corporate advisory services and debt and equity capital markets solutions. The Power, Utilities & Infrastructure coverage team advises on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, equity capital raises and debt refinancings for private and publicly listed corporations, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and government entities.
The team also delivers corporate advisory services such as strategic reviews, capital structure advisory, and defence mandates across the sector
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of a wide range of transactions, strategic advisory mandates, and pitches Build and maintain financial models for power, utilities, and infrastructure assets Support transactions by coordinating due diligence workstreams, managing data rooms and assisting with ad hoc client requests Conduct detailed industry and company research
