About The Role
Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly plant MIS, cost reports, and variance analysis. Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost optimization opportunities. Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projections. Review production, material consumption, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing. Monitor fixed and variable overheads and drive cost reduction initiatives. Manage capital expenditure (Capex), CWIP, asset capitalization, and depreciation. Support internal, statutory, and cost audits.
Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and company policies. Partner with production, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams to improve plant efficiency. Track productivity savings and monitor project financial benefits.
Prepare business cases for capital investments and cost-saving initiatives. Statutory compliance related to plant finance. CARM control applicable to unit.
