What You Will Do Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Partner Growth, the Technical Business Development Manager, Partner Growth will run strategic performance assessments and draft valuation of growth initiatives across regional distribution partners, evaluating acquisition, activation, engagement
  • retention metrics. You will maintain advanced financial models to assess new and existing partnership opportunities, including renewals and emerging business models
  • analyzing incrementality, cannibalization
  • overall performance to recommend opportunities. In this role, you will use data, insights

  • Perform thorough analyses while partnering cross-functionally; Work with Sr. Manager, Partner growth to ensure those socialize, action and execute any recommendations
  • Build and maintain financial models for partner opportunities (including potential new partners, new business models, new verticals, existing partner deal renewals etc.)
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate incrementality, cannibalization, and overall partner impact, partnering closely with data teams to understand methodologies
  • Help translate complex data and financial insights into clear, executive-ready presentations, drafting recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to recommendations to enhance partnerships and demonstrate understanding of long-term partner strategies Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Investment Banking, or Partner Growth
  • Developed skills in: o Financial modeling o Data analysis o Strategic problem solving
  • Experience translating financial models and numbers into narratives
  • Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Tableau and Looker
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ownership, curiosity, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate curiosity by proactively identifying data trends and anomalies Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, or subscription-based businesses
  • Familiarity with industries such as Telco, Pay TV, Wireless, OTT, Music, or Commerce
  • Experience working across global markets or multiple regions
  • Experience with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in product, media, video streaming, or a related technical field Additional Information
  • This role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday–Thursday and remote on Fridays The hiring range for this position in NY is $112,000.00-$150,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills
