Job Category Marketing & Communications Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together.
Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Role Overview We are looking for a PMM who owns the full content and campaign motion for Salesforce's SI partner ecosystem.
In this role, you'll take Salesforce's most important SI partner narratives — Agentforce adoption, agentic delivery, ecosystem value, partner expertise and bring them to life through integrated campaigns, hero content, and social programs that build SI mindshare, equip the field, and give customers confidence in our ecosystem — all at the pace Salesforce's product and GTM evolution demands.
This role requires strong PMM skills — the ability to internalize complex positioning, sharpen it for specific audiences, and build the campaigns and content that make it stick. The output isn't strategy decks; it's partner emails that get opened, landing pages that convert, event content that sticks, and social posts that build community.
And critically: you are an exceptional writer . Clear, concise, and compelling copy is a core deliverable of this role — not something you hand off. This is also a role for someone who is genuinely curious. Salesforce's product roadmap, GTM motions, and partner ecosystem are always moving — and the best content in this role comes from someone who stays ahead of that, not behind it.
You read the announcements, follow the launches, track what's resonating in the field, and bring what you learn directly into the work. What You'll Do Campaigns: Strategy, Journey Design & Execution Translate SI partner positioning from PMM Directors/Sr.
Managers into integrated campaign journeys — with clear audience segmentation, persona milestones, and CTAs Own to-partner campaigns end-to-end: strategy, briefs, content, measurement Drive partner-specific messaging and touchpoints within customer-facing campaigns — ensuring the SI story shows up in the right places in the customer journey Lead campaign management for priority programs (e.g., Agentforce in Action; Headless 360 + Agentic Enterprise Architecture) — including briefs for channel, integration, and digital teams, and cross-team workstream coordination Content: Landing Pages, Hero Assets, Events & Programs Own the content that brings campaigns to life: landing pages, Partner Guidebooks, Scale Adoption Plays, adoption offers for AEs, and the how-to content and proof stories that back them up Write — directly and often.
First drafts of landing pages, campaign copy, program emails, event abstracts, and partner-facing narratives are yours to produce, not just review Scale key messages into event session content for Dreamforce, World Tours, and other major programs Serve as primary point of contact for the Channels & Events team — owning content strategy and delivery for partner-facing programs and communications Define program communications strategy: how partner programs are promoted through a cohesive journey and how they are framed in AE comms and enablement Social & Community: Partnerforce Channels & Ecosystem Unscripted Own the Partnerforce social channels — serving as the recognized editorial voice of the SI ecosystem, with accountability for all published content including AI-assisted drafts Build and manage the content calendar; define brand voice standards; identify and pilot new platforms and formats relevant to the partner community Develop and produce Ecosystem Unscripted — a customer and partner video interview series showing Agentforce in action: real adoption stories, learnings, and scaling plays Create formats that showcase partner success and ecosystem momentum across social, newsletters, infographics, and interactive content Collaborate with partner success, demand generation, and events teams to connect community content to broader campaign goals What You Bring PMM fundamentals are non-negotiable — you understand positioning, audience segmentation, and messaging architecture, and you know how to translate complex product and GTM stories into content that resonates You write, and you write well — clear, concise, and compelling copy across formats: campaign emails, landing pages, social posts, event abstracts, partner narratives.
You produce first drafts, not just feedback on them. You stay current — and you apply it — you actively follow Salesforce's product priorities, GTM evolution, and industry trends, and you use what you learn to make the work sharper. You don't wait to be briefed on what's new; you go find it.
Campaign experience: you've built integrated B2B campaigns end-to-end — strategy, journey design, briefing, execution, and measurement — not just managed the calendar Content range: you're comfortable owning the full content surface: landing pages, long-form assets, event sessions, social posts, video series, newsletters.
You know what good looks like across formats. AI-First Fluency: demonstrated proficiency using AI to generate content, analyze data, and automate workflows, with the judgment to elevate AI outputs to a high strategic standard. Editorial judgment: you can define and hold a brand voice, take accountability for content quality, and know when AI-assisted production helps and when it needs a harder human edit Speed and adaptability: you can build and ship high-quality content in sync with fast-moving product and GTM cycles — and you don't wait to be fully briefed before starting Cross-functional influence: you know how to work across PMM, events, digital, and enablement teams — building alignment through strong briefs and clear messaging, not just status updates How AI Augments This Role This role is built for an AI-first operating model.
AI tools handle the repetitive and time-intensive work—scaffolding kits, drafting first-pass copy, and analyzing data signals—freeing you to focus on strategic narratives and relationship-building. You are the Human-in-the-Loop: 100% accountable for technical accuracy, brand voice, and the quality of every asset delivered to the ecosystem.
