This is a permanent, full-time, in-house position, located in Toronto, Ontario. The Analytics and Submissions Associate is an integral part of the Market Access division that supports patient access to Johnson & Johnson’s innovative medicines by coordinating, quality-checking and transmitting reimbursement submissions to Canadian health technology agencies and public and private drug plans, in collaboration with Health Economics and Reimbursement Managers.

Under the direction of others, this individual also contributes to data-enabled reimbursement strategy through data management and analysis, and maintenance and advancement of data analytic tools and resources across Market Access functions.

In addition, this individual supports digital solution-driven process optimization through activities such as generative AI output validation and maintenance of prompt libraries. This position is well suited for early-career professionals looking to build experience in drug reimbursement submissions and analytics.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically curious, and motivated by meaningful impact. Responsibilities Analytics and Digital Solutions Execute assigned data analytics activities, which may include data identification, organization, validation and analysis, to address key business questions, proactively and reactively.

Prepare and communicate findings of assigned data analyses, both verbally or in writing, to a variety of internal stakeholders, in a clear and actionable manner as needed. Support the maintenance, validation and enhancement of reimbursement data analytic tools and solutions including validation of outputs against source data.

Contribute to the optimization of Market Access processes and deliverables via generative AI (genAI) and other digital solutions through assigned tasks such as validating genAI outputs and maintaining prompt libraries. Submissions: Co-ordinate, quality-check and transmit reimbursement submissions for Johnson & Johnson products to Canadian HTA agencies, public and private drug plans.

Support Health Economics & Reimbursement Managers in development of submission components as required. Lead communication of product monograph changes, marketplace and safety issues and product discontinuations and divestitures for Johnson & Johnson products to public and private drug plans that reimburse these products.

Lead payment and filing of invoices from Canadian health technology agencies. Fulfil ad hoc requests for submission records to support business needs Contribute to maintenance of internal submission planning and execution resources Qualifications: Education University degree in a health science-related program.

Experience 3 years of relevant work experience preferred. Skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; solutions-orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills Experience with data management; experience with data analysis an asset Understanding of human clinical and economic terminology an asset Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to the use of new technology Excellent interpersonal skills A strong team player with initiative who collaborates effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, balanced with the ability to work independently Knowledge and understanding of the Canadian drug reimbursement process would be a strong asset, as would experience preparing elements of drug reimbursement submissions Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time (preferred) Diversity and inclusion are central elements of the shared culture across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
