  • network issues. As a Network Support Engineer, you seek resolution to Networking problems and mitigate risk, always ensuring a Customer Obsessed experience has occurred. You will be working on services with a direct impact on the customer experience. You will play an active role in defining the support processes for technologies in partnership with other technology leaders within and possibly outside the team. You should be comfortable with a level of ambiguity that's higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving big challenges. You will also mentor other engineers in your area of expertise. Along the way, we guarantee that you'll work hard, have fun and impact many customers. This role requires the flexibility to work 5 days a week in a rotational shift (Morning, Afternoon and Night shift). Key job responsibilities Monitor and triage automated network alarms (BGP, heartbeat, LTE, WAN, temperature, switch failures) across retail stores. Execute established runbooks for incident resolution including device power- cycling via PDU/SNMP, LTE modem reboots, BGP peer troubleshooting
  • switch recovery. Execute network bring-up tasks for new JWO store launches: WAN monitoring and configuration
  • WAN sharing setup. Provision network devices (switches, routers, APs, LTE gateways) and validate device provisioning. Configure and validate VLAN assignments, IP addressing
  • routing for new store deployments. Coordinate field services teams for store deployment. Open and track trouble tickets with LTE carriers for signal issues, SIM replacements
  • antenna concerns. Coordinate with ISPs for WAN circuit troubleshooting. Manage hardware replacement workflows for routers, switches, LTE devices, UPS/PDU
  • access points through EFS dispatch. Partner with engineering team for escalations. Provide network support for store decommissions and retrofits.   • 4+ years of network engineering and deployments for large-scale networks in a corporate environment, including hands-on physical infrastructure installations, hardware integration, racking
  • cabling experience - 4+ years of physical layer technologies experience - 4+ years of network administration experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience working with networking fundamentals or Internet protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, SSL, DNS, HTTP/S
