ABOUT THE ROLE As a Transaction Execution Manager at OakNorth, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the lending lifecycle running smoothly. Working closely with the Transaction Execution Team, you will lead the management of documentation, coordinate signatures, oversee trackers and ensure that deals progress seamlessly from execution through to handover — all with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead the management of digital signatures of documents generated by all teams during the lending lifecycle Coordinate physical wet ink signatures with members of the team in London Oversee and maintain various trackers for the Transaction Execution Team to ensure all timelines in their V2MoMs are met Track the registration of OakNorth Bank's security at Companies House, the United Kingdom's registrar of companies Track and manage deal handovers from the Transaction Execution Team to the Portfolio Management Team Ensure all Transaction Execution Team members manage their post-completion tasks across all lending transactions Oversee trackers for amendments and amended and restated facility agreements for the Portfolio Management Team Arrange and manage meetings and diary invites for internal and external meetings for members of the Transaction Execution Team YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE… A genuine passion for delivering excellence in service and quality Extreme attention to detail with strong ability to synthesise and distil complex documents Strong spoken English skills and good commercial acumen Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively and influence across teams Excellent ability to create, compose and edit written materials Proficiency in data compilation, document analysis and drawing well-reasoned conclusions Outstanding organisational and project management skills A graduate degree with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience Nice to Have Proactive, flexible and creative mindset — thinks outside the box and is result-driven Ability to work outside of your comfort zone and develop new areas of proficiency Ability to thrive and lead in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work WHAT WE OFFER Health & Protection: Comprehensive medical cover for you, your family, and parents, along with life and accidental insurance cover at a multiple of your salary.
